Threat to the Hyde Amendment from Democrat Party Platform 

Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the current Democratic platform indicate that a priority if she is elected will be repealing the Hyde Amendment so that Medicaid can indeed be used for abortion without restriction.  Vice Presidential nominee Tim Kaine’s position is not clear.
